M&A attends June 2007 Paper Recycling Conference in Orlando

Moore & Associates presented the Conference's Sunday afternoon workshop "Whose
Price is it Anyway" featuring six publishers of recovered paper prices and moderated the closing panel "When Customers are Competitors" with five of the US's top recycling plant
operators.
On February 22, 2007, Moore & Associates attended an art opening at the Paper Museum at Georgia Tech. Many times we have been to the paper museum to discuss paper
recycling but this time was very special. "Larry Thomas: I Might as Well Be Talking to Myself", was the title of the show. Larry is a well know Georgia artist.
Moore & Associates, the world's leading paper recycling consultants, supports the recycling business. Larry Thomas is also, in a different and unique way. "Cut, color and
paste" is Larry's technique, as he puts it. He takes old magazines, photographs and other printed sources, cuts them up and puts them back together in book form to create
an inventive, visual and non sequiturs that are one part surreal and one part absurd. His "books" come in pop-ups, Gothic arches, coffins, cutouts and accordion-pleats. His
imagination and wit extend to every subject.
The show runs through April 20, 2007. Whether you are in the recycling business or just like art, it is worth a visit.
Georgia's Governor, Sonny Perdue proclaimed January 25, 2007 as Sustainable Business Day for the state. Bill Moore of Moore & Associates attended this event held at the state
capital during the 2007 Georgia's legislative session.
Moore & Associates and other companies attended this event geared toward educating
legislators about the positive economic impact and environmental protection many Georgia businesses provide. Mr. Moore has long been an advocate of these policies.
The program highlighted innovative firms that contribute to the state's economy while also reducing waste and improving air and water quality. Mr. Moore met with Rep. Pat
Gardner, a member of the Committee on Natural Resources and Environment, who co-sponsored the Sustainable Business Day resolution in the House.
